Club Shoot Facilities at Wedgnock...

Wedgnock is a permanent clay shooting ground operating seven days a week. The ground is based in 90 acres of Warwickshire countryside incorporating woodland and open areas. A large Clubhouse is centrally located providing refreshments, toilets, ample car parking and a log burner stove for those colder days.

Wedgnock Clubhouse

Two Club Shoots are run every week for regular shooters. Lessons are available throughout the week and on certain Saturday mornings (booking essential).

Group bookings are welcome, typically including corporate parties, Birthday celebrations and stag / hen groups.

Sportrap CoveredBoth our Sportrap and DTL layouts are fully covered to allow shooting to continue regardless of weather. The majority of the Sporting stands are also covered with decent sized roofs to allow shelter for shooters if the weather is unkind.

All our layouts are registered with the CPSA and are thus suitable for competition.

Shooting Hours

We can shoot every Saturday morning (10.00 – 1.00 PM) between 1st October and 1st March. For the rest of the year we cannot shoot on the first two Saturdays of each month.

Midweek lessons can use normal cartridges between 10.00 AM and 1.00PM. Between 1.00 and 5.30 PM we can only use sub-sonic ammunition on certain layouts (this also applies on Saturday mornings). Regular shooters will find subsonic ammunition slightly slower than normal cartridges and should therefore book in for midweek morning sessions.
