Next Level Learning (NLL) is a division of Adventure Sports Ltd. that purely concentrates on team development.
Many of our past clients required a bespoke team building event but were worried that a company called "Adventure Sports" may be a bit too adventurous for their team.
NLL concentrates on building team development events designed around the specific requirements of the group. This will usually require pre-event meetings to discuss needs and assess the most suitable event for the group.
Post event feedback is usually required to ensure the skills learned on the day of the event are successfully transferred back into the workplace.
NLL uses the following principles:
Practical and realistic approach to team development.
Avoid technical jargon (few people understand it or can relate to it)
Take learning points back to the workplace and put them into practice (too many so called "team building" events cannot be related to the work place environment and have very little value).
